A Growth Group (GG) at Redeemer Bible Church is not just a Bible study, although the Bible will be studied. It’s not just a social group, although friendships will be formed and fellowship Growth Groups will happen. It’s not just a service group, although it will have a “Loving Our Valley” focus as Jesus has. Simply put, a GG is a group of people intentionally connecting to grow in their love for God, each other, and the lost.

Why Growth Groups?

“As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another” (Proverbs 27:17)

At its core, we are convinced that discipleship is about growth in love: love for God, for our

families and friends, for our church, for our work and for the lost. While this growth can

happen by ourselves, it happens best in relationships. It is here where people will be known,

taught, cared for and prayed for at a very personal level.
