Darrell is a native of Atlanta, Georgia, and came to faith in Christ at approximately 28 years of age. Prior to joining the pastoral staff at Redeemer in 2024, Darrell served at Grace to You as Director of Digital Platforms. He is cohost of the *Just Thinking* podcast, one of the leading Christian podcasts in the world. Darrell is a fellow of the Black Theology and Leadership Institute (BTLI) at Princeton Theological Seminary (PTS) and holds a graduate certificate from the Theology and Ministry program at PTS. Darrell has a passion for expository teaching, cultural apologetics, and biblical counseling. In his spare time, he enjoys college sports, NFL, writing, classical music, and reading the Puritans. Darrell and his wife Melissa have three adult children, Collin, Naomi, and Yasmine, each of whom resides in their native state of Georgia.

Matt was born and raised in Danbury, CT. The Lord graciously granted him salvation at a young age. He graduated from Western Connecticut State university with a business degree. Although he grew up active in the local church, Matt did not flourish in his faith until he was exposed to proper expository preaching. It was after this that his desire for God’s glory, personal holiness, the church and preaching grew. He later received the call to ministry. Moving out to sunny California, Matt graduated with an MDIV from The Master’s Seminary in 2021. He had the privilege of working on the pastoral staff at Grace Community Church in Sun Valley, CA from 2018 until he accepted the position as Pastor of Biblical Counseling at Redeemer Bible Church in Gilbert, AZ in 2023. Aside from preaching and teaching, Matt has a heart for shepherding God’s people through counseling and discipleship.  He is married to his beloved wife Lulu with whom he shares the love of food, coffee, travel, nature, being active and reading. 

Dave grew up in Brunswick, Maryland and by God’s grace, is a second-generation pastor.  Though baptized at an early age, he did not come to saving faith until later in life. Before going to The Master’s Seminary for his MDiv and DMin, Dave worked in the animated feature film business – but that’s another story. Prior to joining the pastoral staff at Redeemer in 2024, Dave spent 11 years revitalizing a church in Northern Virginia which is still going strong. In God's providence, he met pastor’s Kyle, Jon and Todd at the Master’s Seminary and even went to the same church as pastor Dale many years ago. Dave and his wife Ann have been married over 25 years and have three children; Cameron, Elle and Tyler. “The heart of man plans his way, but the Lord establishes his steps.” ~Proverbs 16:9
