The Redeemer Training Center is designed as a “foundry* for godly manhood.” This ministry seeks to help Redeemer Bible Church put into practice 2 Timothy 2:2 & 15: “And what you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses entrust to faithful men, who will be able to teach others also...Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who has no need to be ashamed, rightly handling the word of truth.” With this training, the Redeemer man will become at the very least a better Christian, husband, father, and church member - and potentially even more. 

(*In simplified terms, a foundry is a factory where castings are produced by melting metal, pouring liquid metal into a mold, then allowing it to solidify.)
